Most lines start from 5-10 kg per item; mixed wholesale lots have their own MOQ shown on each product page. Sample and trial orders are accepted so you can test your market first.

Every lot is graded in-house for color, clarity, size and weight (A / AA / AAA). Grade definitions follow VeriCrystal internal standards and are stated on each product page and invoice.

Add products to your cart and press "Request Quote for Cart" on the cart page, or use the contact form. We reply with a proforma invoice within 24 hours on business days.

Bank transfer (T/T) is standard; PayPal and Western Union are available for sample orders. Terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice before production or packing starts.

Export-standard packing: inner foam and bubble wrap, reinforced cartons, optional retail-ready packing. We ship by express, air or sea with supervised loading and photo records of every carton.

Photograph the damage and the carton within 7 days of delivery and send it to us. We replace damaged pieces on your next order or credit the value - our breakage policy is stated on every invoice.

Yes - hand-picking to your size/grade targets and plain or retail-ready packing with your branding are both available. Mention the requirement in your inquiry and we will quote accordingly.
